We are delighted to announce that the North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA), the regulator for the UK\u2019s offshore oil, gas, and carbon storage industries, has extended its data services contract with Flare Solutions for a further 5 years.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Flare Solutions has been supporting the NSTA<\/a> since 2020 to improve the completeness and quality of the data and documents held in the UK National Data Repository (NDR), facilitating their reuse for the further development of the offshore energy industry and the growth of the carbon storage industry, in alignment with the NSTA\u2019s objectives and the UK\u2019s Energy Transition goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the core of Flare\u2019s work is its Sirus<\/a> platform, which enables highly automated and intelligent identification, classification, and organisation of oil and gas industry documents and technical data. Used to accelerate some of industry\u2019s largest mergers, acquisitions, and decommissioning projects, Sirus saves time, reduces cost, and enables workers to find the technical information they\u2019re looking for, no matter where it\u2019s stored, or which company it originated in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
